Shipping, how long does it take?
Shipping will vary dependant on the origin. Products from the US usually take 1-3 days locally and 7-10 days internationally.
Products from other locations such as Thailand may take slightly longer but no more than 21 days. You will be supplied a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Import Taxes & Duties
Locally delivered products are duty free.
For international deliveries the customer is responsible for the payment of any import duties / taxes. If an item is refused due to non-payment of the duty then the order will be refunded less the shipping costs to recover the item.
Returned items must be returned in new, unused condition including the box / packaging and tags.
Upon receipt of the item Bitz for Bikerz will process your refund within 48 hours. It may take up to 10 working days for the credit to be applied by your bank / card company.
The customer is reponsible for all shipping costs to return the item/s.
IMPORTANT – Any item which has been used or taken for a quick spin is considered used and can not be returned. Try it on of course but if it doesn’t fit and needs returning don’t go touring in it!
