Refund Policy

Returned items must be returned in new, unused condition including the box / packaging and tags.

Upon receipt of the item Bitz for Bikerz will process your refund within 48 hours. It may take up to 10 working days for the credit to be applied by your bank / card company.

The customer is reponsible for all shipping costs to return the item/s.

IMPORTANT – Any item which has been used or taken for a quick spin is considered used and can not be returned. Try it on of course but if it doesn’t fit and needs returning don’t go touring in it!

Return Shipping

You have the choice of using a shipping carrier of your choice to return items. We require a shipping method with tracking and insurance. All shipments must be pre-paid or they will be rejected.

The customer is reponsible for all shipping costs to return the item/s.

Damaged Items

Let us know as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged during shipping, take pictures if possible. We will then assist you with a claim direct with the shipping company to cover the damage and get a new item out to you.

Returns Process

You can request a return by using our contact form below or via our contact page.

You have 30 days to return an item. Please do not mark or tape the original product packaging as we need it in new condition. Place the item in a shipping container, or the original shipping container.

Retain your tracking information, we will email you once the item has been received and notify you of the next steps.
